Wedding Co-Ordination / Management

Is your ceremony going to be in a dry hire venue or on private land? Then you probably need an on the day co-ordinator. Why? So you and your guests can relax, be 100% present and free of distractions like making sure the tables are set correctly and the band have set up in the right place.

In the weeks leading up to your big day, I’ll be in contact with all your suppliers gathering all final details and build a wedding day timeline.

On the day, I’ll arrive at the venue in the morning and take over the logistics, making sure everything and everyone is arriving to your exact requirements. I’ll check standards, and assist where needed, for example popping place cards and favours on tables.

I’ll make sure your guests are in the right place at the right time and that your wedding day flows exactly as imagined. I’ll be the general point of call and will swiftly deal with any potential hitches.

As I am also your celebrant and can’t do two things at the same time ( although I do try ), my assistant will take over managing the bridal party in the minutes leading up to your ceremony as I will be in place to commence proceedings.

Once you’ve said your “I do’s” and made your way out of the ceremony space as Mr and Mrs, I’ll assist with any turnarounds swiftly and efficiently, and will be on hand until that super important first dance, before wishing you well and leaving you to party the night away.

Please note this is a bolt on service to my celebrant business. I do not offer this service to couples who have not appointed me as their celebrant.
